This Halloween season, Fresh Perspective Home Care was thrilled to host our Great Pumpkin Patch 2025—and what an incredible turnout it was! We welcomed over 75 local families, including our amazing caregivers, their loved ones, and members of our community, for an afternoon full of festive fun and fall spirit.

Guests enjoyed fresh donuts, warm cider, and pizza, and little ones got creative at our Halloween craft tables before stopping by our Charlie Brown–themed photo booth for a picture-perfect memory. We also handed out over 250 candy bags, spreading plenty of smiles (and a little sugar rush!) to trick-or-treaters of all ages.

The turnout was so wonderful that we even had to pause entry at times just to make room for all the excitement—a problem we were more than happy to have!

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and helped make this event such a success. Our goal was to make this Halloween season a little brighter for the families we serve—and thanks to your support, we truly did.

Here’s to more community, connection, and fun in the year ahead. We can’t wait to see everyone again next fall at the Great Pumpkin Patch 2026!

Area Vice President at Fresh Perspective Home Care

Shelly Nutter has been a driving force in the Fresh Perspective Home Care team since 2008 and is currently the Area Vice President. She began caring for others at a young age and has never looked back. Her strong faith and family values drives her passion for helping others. Shelly says she never found a career that fulfilled a "bigger purpose" her previous jobs until begin her home care career with Fresh Perspective Home Care. "Here I found growth, purpose, and a career to match my personal ambition of making a difference in the lives of others." Shelly is native to the Kalamazoo/Portage, Mi area and has been married for over 25 years Together they have three children that she believes have benefited from watching Mom work hard to help others, advocate for others, and give to others. She also holds a bachelors degree in Accounting and an associates degree in Business Management.
